お家で中華o( ≧∀≦)o
今日は知世の大好きな中華料理に挑戦☆ってことで夕飯にエビチリと玉子スープを作りましたぁ♪
生春巻はお惣菜コーナーで買って来ました（=∩＿∩=）
生春巻きかぁー。いいなぁー。（買ったモノに反応してしまいすいませんｗ）
札幌行ったときにでも食べてくっかなぁー。中華料理店で、ぢゃないけど。
玉子スープは半熟になるように頑張りました♪椎茸も入ってるんですが、ちょっと入れすぎちゃいましたっっっ
基本椎茸苦手なんですが、ちせこの作ったものなら。。。
とも思ったんだけど、入れすぎぢゃぁさすがに食えないぞ（元々食べれません(泣ｗ
次は、早く揚げ物に挑戦したいんですが油で揚げるのって何か恐いイメージ・・・(≧ω≦)

終わった油もどうしたらいいかわかんないし・・・固めるやつとか？うーん
紙に吸わせてすてるとか、固めてポイとか、
ろ過して再利用とか、廃油回収業者に委託するとか、、、
